IT’S POSSIBLE NOW is a UK social enterprise, run as a community interest company, that creates practical routes into employment, self-employment, enterprise and paid co-design. It is for disabled people, people with long-term health conditions and others facing barriers to work. The three routes are BUILD, WORK and SHAPE, and each one leads to earning.

In April to June 2025, 52.8% of disabled people aged 16 to 64 in the UK were in work, compared with 82.5% of non-disabled people. That is a gap of 29.7 percentage points. The figures come from the Department for Work and Pensions and describe the UK as a whole.

BUILD is independent enterprise: starting or growing your own business or trade. WORK is genuine paid employment, with the adjustments you need. SHAPE is paid co-design and testing: being paid to find barriers in workplaces, services and spaces and to test the changes that remove them. Every route leads to earning, and you can choose more than one.

Gaziana is the enterprise pathway and practical opportunities to earn. IT’S POSSIBLE NOW brings them together into routes to employment, self-employment and enterprise.

No. You never need to share a diagnosis. The form has no field or question that asks for one, and the privacy notice says we do not ask for or store a diagnosis, a condition or any medical or health information. If you mention something of that kind anyway, you can ask us to delete it and we will.

IT’S POSSIBLE NOW measures what happens afterwards, and participation counts are not the test. WORK records paid starts, hours, earnings, retention and progression. BUILD records customers, transactions, turnover, earned income and how long trading lasts. SHAPE records paid assignments, barriers identified, changes tested and changes adopted.
