What we collect

Only what you type into the form on this site. Depending on how you tell us you would like to be involved, that is:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, if you give us one
• the town or city you are based in
• how you would like to be involved, and which route interests you
• the kind of organisation you represent, if you represent one
• how you would prefer us to contact you
• anything you tell us would make contact easier
• anything else you choose to write in the message box

Our website host records technical information such as your IP address as part of serving the page and protecting the form from automated abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Health information

We do not ask for or store a diagnosis, a condition, or any medical or health information. The form has no field or question that asks for it. If you mention something of that kind anyway, you can ask us to delete it and we will.

You might tell us about a contact adjustment: a different format, more time, someone else in the conversation. We treat that as an instruction about how to reach you. We use it for that and nothing else.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to work out what the first pilot needs to include. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not build a public directory of the people who register.

Our lawful basis

Consent. You tick a box before the form will send, and that consent is the basis on which we hold and use what you sent. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did while it was in place.

How long we keep it

Until we have set up the first pilot and contacted you about it, and in any case no longer than two years from the day you send the form. After that we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do that instead.

Who sees it

The people developing IT’S POSSIBLE NOW. We use ordinary website hosting and email services to receive and store what you send, and those providers can technically access it in the course of running their service. Nobody else sees it. We will not pass your details to an employer, a funder, a council or any other organisation without asking you first and getting your answer.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete what we hold
• stop using it, or limit how we use it
• send it to you, or to someone else, in a portable format
• stop contacting you, by withdrawing your consent

We will not charge you for any of this, and we will answer within one month.

How to ask

Use the form on this site and choose “I have a general question”. Tell us what you want us to do: see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it.

If you want to complain

Tell us first, so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk. You can complain to them without telling us first.
