How the parts connect

The three connect in this order.

1. IT’S POSSIBLE NOW listens, removes practical barriers and matches a person to a route: BUILD, WORK or SHAPE.
2. For people who want to earn through their own enterprise, Gaziana is the platform behind the Gazian Mobile Retail Unit. The pathway runs from IT’S POSSIBLE NOW COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY to Gaziana, then to the unit, then to real trading, customers, transactions, earned income and progression.
3. SHAPE finds barriers with people who have lived experience and tests the changes that remove them. Difability turns what has been tested into recognised practice.
