What happens when you register your interest
Registering is free and takes a few minutes. What the form asks, the four steps that follow, how adjustments work and how to register for someone else.
By IT’S POSSIBLE NOWPublished

When you register your interest, your details go straight to the IT’S POSSIBLE NOW team, who reply using the contact method you chose and talk through the routes that interest you. Registering is free, takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.
What the form asks
The form is short and it asks only what applies to you. For a person registering for themselves it covers:
- How you would like to be involved, which is the opening question
- Which route interests you: BUILD, WORK, SHAPE, more than one, or “I am not sure”
- Your name
- How you would prefer us to contact you: email, phone call, text message or no preference
- An email address or a phone number, whichever your chosen method needs
- The town or city you are based in
- Anything that would make contact easier, which is optional
- Anything else you want to tell us, which is optional
- A tick box to confirm you have read the privacy notice and agree to be contacted
If something is missing, the form lists every problem together at the top, each one linking to the field it belongs to, so you fix them in one go.
The four steps that follow
- Your details go straight to the IT’S POSSIBLE NOW team.
- We reply using the contact method you chose, with any adjustment you asked for.
- We talk through the routes that interest you and what would suit you.
- We agree the next step together.
These steps are the start of the five on How it works: listening, removing practical barriers, matching a real route, sustaining and progressing, and recording what works. The route comes after the conversation, so there is no need to know what you want before you register.
Making contact easier
The “anything that would make contact easier” box exists so that we can use it. Examples people can ask for:
- A format such as large print, plain text or easy read
- A contact method that works: email, phone call or text message
- More time to reply, or a set time that suits you
- Someone else in the conversation with you
You never need to share a diagnosis. The article You never need to share a diagnosis to register explains what the form asks and what the privacy notice says.
Registering for someone else
You can register on someone’s behalf with their agreement, or ask about referring them. Tell us how they prefer to be contacted. The form has an option for this, “I am supporting or referring someone”, and the supporter form opens on it. It asks for the town or city where the person you support is based.
If you represent an organisation
The same form opens a different set of questions when you say you represent an employer, a funder or council, a venue, a community or delivery partner, or a business that wants to commission co-design or accessibility testing. There is also an option for a general question. The partners page explains the four ways to work with us.
What happens to your details
We use your details only to reply to you about IT’S POSSIBLE NOW. We do not ask for or store medical or health information, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time. We keep them for no longer than two years from the day you send the form. The privacy notice sets out what we keep, why and for how long.
What registering leads to
Registering is the first step on every route. Each opportunity depends on fit and on the partners and funding in place, and we will be clear with you about what is available. If you are not sure where to begin, the opportunities page describes BUILD, WORK and SHAPE, and the FAQ hub answers the questions people ask most.
A next step
It is free, takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.
